Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, and Brooklyn community partners marked the success of the City-wide BigAppleRx prescription discount card program and distributed them on Fulton Mall outside of a Duane Reade, one of the participating pharmacies.
